From Growth Architect to Strategic Leader 

Christina joined Acara as Senior Manager — Business Growth, and from day one, she brought a unique blend of strategic thinking and people-first leadership. Her ability to forge deep client relationships, unlock new business opportunities, and lead with empathy quickly made her a standout leader. 

In her “All In At Acara” spotlight, Christina shared how her diverse background—from quality management to business development—shaped her approach to leadership. She’s someone who listens deeply, acts decisively, and always puts people at the heart of progress. 

What Her New Role Means 

As Director – Enterprise Growth & Operations, Christina will take on a broader and more strategic portfolio, including: 

• Overseeing operations at our Bangalore branch 
• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Bangalore operations 
• Managing enterprise and delivery accounts with a sharp focus on client satisfaction 
• Continuing her current growth responsibilities, ensuring continuity and momentum 
• Leading international collaboration and leadership coaching initiatives 
• Supporting global sales and strategic business development 

This role is a natural evolution of Christina’s journey—one that reflects her ability to balance vision with execution, and strategy with empathy. 

A Leader Who Builds Bridges 

Christina’s promotion also signals our commitment to cross-border collaboration and leadership development. Her work with Aleron Group, our parent company, and Acara’s partner company, TalentRise on leadership coaching as well as her role as an extended arm of our global sales team will help us build stronger, more connected teams across geographies.
