Scott Stenclik
Scott Stenclik serves as CEO of Acara. Since joining the organization in 1986, Scott has helped the company evolve into one of the nation's largest and highest-performing recruitment providers. Acara provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search and payrolling services, globally. The organization maintains service locations throughout the United States, and also in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. Previously, Scott worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Navin Gautham P
As Director of Acara Solutions India, Navin plays a key role in integrating Acara’s operations with Aleron’s global strategy. Navin has more than 13 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. He has been with the company since its days as Summit HR India and Superior Talent India, and has held a variety of roles critical to the business’ growth and success. Navin graduated from Madras University in India, where he studied electronics and communications engineering.
